Refund policy

We do offer a 14 day refund policy. Shipping costs are not refundable after the order is mailed off, but we will accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your brush. The delivery date will be shown by your USPS tracking number. (SMS) Text “Returned” followed by name and order number once item(s) are delivered to sender. For returns please mail the package back ASAP to our return mailing address.
